Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in their original condition
Items must be returned in the original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made items
Items marked as final sale
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Within Her is not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.
